Service Description

Want a refreshing change from acrylics? Come try our Watercolour Experience, where you’ll get to explore the gentle, water-based nature of watercolour paints. This isn’t a formal workshop or class, so there’s no pressure to “get it right”. Instead, our instructor will offer soft guidance, helpful tips, and little insights as you paint at your own pace. No experience needed, and we’ll provide all materials. It’s a great session for curious beginners, or anyone who wants to loosen up, play with colour, and build confidence with watercolour. 1. Come on time It really helps. We’ll start with a quick watercolour warm-up and a few basics, and you won’t want to miss that bit. Also, the earlier you’re in, the more time you’ve got to paint (and chat) ☺ 2. Choose a picture Bring a photo you’d love to paint, maybe a travel snap, a street scene, or your fluffy best friend. No photo? Totally fine. We’ve got plenty of reference images in the studio for you to pick from. 3. Paint (and have fun) This is the main event. Absolute beginner or secretly-a-bit-arty, you’re welcome here. Paint at your own pace, and if you get stuck, our instructor will be nearby to help you along without taking over. ☺ 4. Bring your piece home Once you’re done, you’ll head home with your finished watercolour. We provide carriers to help you transport it safely, but please only take one if you need it. If you’ve got your own bag, even better.
